You Have a Sixth Sense. Nobody Ever Taught You How to Use It.

Every human being is born with the faculty. In most people it stays shut for a lifetime — not because it is rare, but because nobody hands you the instructions. This book is the instructions.

The Premise

You Were Not Born Without It. You Were Born Without the Instructions.

Somewhere in your life there has been a moment you could not account for. You knew who was calling before you looked. You walked into a room and something told you to leave. You made a decision with no evidence and it turned out to be the right one, and you called it a hunch because there was no other word available.

Every tradition that examined the human being closely arrived at the same conclusion: that is not luck. It is a faculty. Bharath named it, mapped where it sits, and — this is the part that matters — wrote down how to open it deliberately rather than by accident.

Then the method stopped being taught. Not because it was disproved. Because the system that carried it was dismantled, and three generations later nobody was left who could hand you the instructions.

This book is the instructions, recovered and written in a language you can actually follow.

What Is Inside

Eight Things Nobody Tells You About the Third Eye.

Written for anyone who has felt there is more going on inside them than they have been taught to reach.

What actually opens

What the Ajna is in the texts, what changes when it activates, and every claim this book refuses to make.

Why it closed in the first place

The faculty is not rare. It is unused — and the specific things in modern life that keep it that way.

The step every meditation app skips

Pratyahara: the fifth of Patanjali's eight limbs. The later two do not work without it, and almost nobody starts here.

Intuition and anxiety feel identical

How to tell them apart — the distinction that decides whether the faculty is usable or just expensive guessing.

The daily practice, written out in full

Exactly what to do, when, and for how long. You can begin tonight without a teacher in the room.

What the blindfold is actually proving

Seeing without eyes is the smallest thing that happens. Guruji explains what the demonstration exists for.

What a mind consumes all day

Ahara beyond food — and why the faculty cannot open in a system running on constant noise.

The honest limits

An entire chapter on what this does not do. No medical claims, no miracles, no exceptions.

Who It Is Written For

Who Opens This Book.

The one who has felt it

A knowing that arrived before the reasoning did, and turned out right. You have never had a word for it, and you have never been able to summon it on purpose. This book is about that.

The one who has tried everything

Apps, retreats, breathing courses, a shelf of books. Something worked for a fortnight and then stopped. The chapter on pratyahara explains why, and what was missing.

The one who is not convinced

You do not have to believe anything to read it. The chapter on what the tradition does not claim was written for you specifically.

From the Opening Pages

An Extract.

Chapter One · The Faculty You Stopped Using

Ask anyone whether they have a sixth sense and they will laugh, then think for a moment, then tell you a story. Everybody has one. A phone call they knew was coming. A person they distrusted for no reason they could name, correctly. A morning they turned back for no reason at all.

These are treated as anecdotes. They are not. They are the faculty firing at random, in a system that was never trained, in a person who was never told the equipment existed.

The tradition did not treat this as mystery. It treated it the way it treated hearing: an ordinary capacity, weak when unused, reliable when practised. It gave the faculty a name and a location. It described what closes it. And it left behind, in the Yoga Sutras, a sequence of steps for opening it on purpose.

The steps have not changed. What changed is that almost nobody performs the fifth one, and without the fifth one the last three are impossible.

— The Power Of Third Eye, Chapter One

Guruji Manjunatha Poojar
Who Wrote It

He Did Not Believe It Either.

Guruji Manjunatha Poojar spent thirteen years in Bengaluru — chartered accountancy, then Robert Bosch, then his own twenty-person firm. A man who read balance sheets for a living. At the end of 2016 he left all of it and returned to Shivapura, the temple village he was born in.

When he first saw the practice demonstrated, he did not accept it. He spent years verifying it — against the Patanjali Yoga Sutras, against the older texts, against his own daily sadhana — before he would teach it to a single person. Since 2022, more than 100,000 people in over 20 countries have trained in it.

This book is that verification, written down — by someone who needed convincing first.

The Reason It Is Hard to Dismiss

It Works Fastest in Children. That Is the Proof, Not the Point.

A child has less accumulated noise to withdraw from, so the faculty opens quickly and visibly. Adults take longer and go further. The demonstrations below are simply the fastest available evidence that the method is real.

“My Adithya cycles and skates completely blindfolded now. His academic scores have jumped.”

Rekha
Bengaluru · Mother of Adithya

“My daughter walked out of her Class 10 pre-boards and said, ‘Amma, I was actually calm.’”

Priya Subramaniam
Chennai · Mother of Divya (15)

“His class teacher stopped me at the gate and asked what tuition we had joined. It is not tuition, madam.”

Nagpur · Father of Sai (10)

The Honest Answers.

What is actually in the book?

The method, in order: what the Ajna is in the texts, why the faculty stays shut in most people, the withdrawal practice that opens it, and the daily sadhana written out in full. Plus a chapter on everything it does not do.

When does it publish?

The first edition is in preparation. We are not naming a date we cannot keep. Join the list and you will hear the day it is ready.

Am I paying anything today?

No. There is no card field on this page. Joining the list costs nothing and commits you to nothing.

Do I need any experience?

None. No prior practice, no flexibility, no belief system. The book assumes you are starting from zero and explains everything from there.

Is this religious?

It is a discipline from Bharath's texts, taught to people of every faith and none. The book explains where the practice comes from without asking you to believe anything.

Is it only for people who can already do this?

The opposite. It is written for people in whom the faculty has never opened — which is almost everyone.

Will you email me constantly?

One email, on publication. If you want more than that, the weekly teaching is a separate, optional sign-up.

The Faculty Is Already Yours. Only the Method Is Missing.

You already have the faculty. What has been missing is a method written down in language you can actually follow. The list hears first.
