The First Opening of Inner Vision
Every child has the faculty. The 32-Day Challenge trains it — the way a music teacher trains an ear that could always hear. It begins with one live 3-hour workshop, where you sit beside your child and watch the first exercises happen in front of you. Then, for 32 days, a short guided sadhana each day — about the length of one cartoon episode — builds what the workshop opened.
No pressure, no marks, no comparison with any other child. Just one quiet skill, practised daily, until it belongs to them.
How the 32 Days Unfold
- Day 1 — The Workshop. Three hours, live. The foundation is laid and the first exercises happen with you in the room.
- Days 2–11 — The Settling. Breath and stillness become a daily rhythm. Most parents report the first change here: bedtime gets calmer.
- Days 12–21 — The Sharpening. Focus and memory exercises deepen. Homework time starts shrinking on its own.
- Days 22–32 — The Opening. The inner-vision training the workshop promised — practised, not just witnessed.
