Vidyarambh Gurukula offers educational and spiritual-wellness programs — workshops, courses and events for children (with parental consent) and adults, online and in person, operated by Shri Varadanjaneya Swamy Gowsamrakshana Charitable Trust.

Our programs are educational and experiential in nature. They are not medical, psychological or therapeutic treatment, and are not a substitute for professional healthcare. Participants with health concerns should consult a qualified professional before joining physical or breath-based practices.

3. Enrolment & Minors

Participants under 18 may be enrolled only by a parent or legal guardian, who agrees to these terms on their behalf and remains responsible for the child's participation.

4. Fees & Payments

Program fees are stated at the point of registration and processed by third-party payment providers. Refunds are governed by our Refund Policy.

5. Intellectual Property

All content on this website and in our programs — text, videos, techniques, course material, the names of our programs — belongs to the Trust. It may not be copied, recorded, redistributed or taught commercially without written permission.

6. Conduct

We may decline or discontinue participation where a participant's conduct disrupts a program or endangers others; fees in such cases are handled per the Refund Policy.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by law, the Trust's liability in connection with any program or this website is limited to the fees paid for the program concerned.

8. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of India; courts at Shivamogga, Karnataka shall have exclusive jurisdiction.
