Refund Policy

When fees can be refunded, and how to ask.

Last updated: September 2026

1. The Live Workshop (The Power Of Third Eye, three hours)

The introductory workshop is a single live session. Once your place is confirmed, the workshop fee is non-refundable.

2. The 32-Day Challenge — The Completion Guarantee

If you complete the 32-Day Challenge sincerely — the 8 days of Sadhana and the full 24 days of practice — and do not experience results, you may request a refund of 90% of the fee.

To qualify, the participant must:

  • attend all sessions;
  • follow the instructions and practices given during the program;
  • complete the full 32 days.

A refund is not available where the participant:

  • does not attend the sessions;
  • discontinues the program midway;
  • does not complete the 32-day session;
  • withdraws for personal reasons or an inability to attend.

We reserve the right to verify attendance and completion of the practices before approving a refund request.

3. Longer Programs (Hanuman Yoga, Adhi Yogi, the Sadhaka Path)

These programs run for a year or longer and places are held for a limited number of children. Once your place is confirmed and the program has begun, fees for these programs are non-refundable. If your circumstances change before the start date, write to us.

4. Events

In-person event registrations are transferable to a future date but non-refundable, except where we cancel or reschedule the event — in which case a full refund or transfer is offered.

5. How to Request

Write to us at the email below with your registration details. Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method within 7–10 working days.

6. Cancellations by the Gurukula

If we cancel or reschedule a workshop, immersion or event for any reason, you may choose either a full refund to the original payment method or a transfer to the next available date. No fee is deducted in either case.

7. Payment Processing

Payments are collected through third-party providers — currently Razorpay and TagMango. Refunds are returned to the original payment method only; we cannot refund to a different card, account or wallet. The provider’s own settlement time applies in addition to our processing time.

8. Chargebacks

If you believe a charge is incorrect, write to us before raising a dispute with your bank. A direct request is almost always settled faster than a chargeback, and we would rather resolve it ourselves.

9. Statutory Rights

Nothing in this policy limits any right you have under Indian consumer law, including the Consumer Protection Act 2019.

A Person Reads Every Message. That Is the Whole Policy.

There is no ticketing system and no chatbot. Enquiries are read by someone at the Gurukula and answered in the order they arrive. Tell us which of the four things below you are writing about and it reaches the right hands faster.

Before You Write

Four Doors. Pick the Right One.

Most of what people write to ask is already answered on one of these pages, usually in more detail than an email would give.

Where We Are

A Village You Will Not Pass Through by Accident.

Shivapura sits in Shikaripura taluk, in Shivamogga district, Karnataka. Hanumadashrama is beside the Shri Varadanjaneya Swamy temple. Visitors are welcome, but write first — Guruji travels, and an unannounced visit may find the ashram empty.

Write to Us

Say What You Actually Want. We Will Say Yes or No.

Long messages are welcome. A clear one is better than a polite one, and a specific question gets a specific answer.

Sends on WhatsApp, read by a person at the Gurukula. No automated calls, no list you did not ask to join.

Your message is on its way.

We have opened WhatsApp with your message already written out. Press send in WhatsApp and it reaches the Gurukula straight away.

Someone will read it and write back. If it takes longer than a few days, it is because Guruji is travelling.

Things We Are Asked For and Do Not Provide.

Saying this here saves you writing and saves us replying.

Certification of another teacher’s method
Guarantees that a given child will demonstrate
Franchise or licensing of the programmes
Interviews arranged at short notice

If you are unsure whether your question belongs here, write anyway. A short honest no is better than silence.
